Return and Exchange Policy

We appreciate delivering what you ordered, but if something that isn’t fit for you is what you love, let us know we may provide you a better option. We’ll comfort you an exchange for that piece in another color, size, or an entirely replace or you can place a return the product based on different criteria. Its your responsibility to return or exchange our product. Make sure that the product must be unused, good in condition, with an original tag, packaging, and with proper invoices within 10 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team will look after all conditions that are met, and your credit/exchange would be further processed.

Please note:

1) All customized orders are non-returnable.

2) No Exchanges on sold-out products.

3) We do not exchange Jewellery because of hygiene reasons.

4) Cancel your order within 2 days of placing the order.

5) We don’t allow the COD Amount to pay.

6) If in case of any damaged/ defective order you received, kindly inform us within 7 days. Each product that leaves our office receives a detailed check and we make sure that the outfit is made exactly as per your measurements.

Because we shouldn’t run after something that doesn’t want to be found or accepted, our courier partners will only pick up the order for a once. We hope you do take time out to answer their call and ease them from the heat and other weather conditions they have signed up to deliver you happiness.

In case you’re unable to catch the delivery the charges might be added to the price which you paid for the products.
